Article 1 - Definitions

Withdrawal period: The period during which the right of withdrawal can be exercised.
Consumer: A natural person who purchases products/services for personal use.
Right of withdrawal: The right to cancel the agreement within the withdrawal period.
Trader: VVT Concepts, Parklaan 2 V2R, 2940 Stabroek, Belgium.

Article 3 - Applicability
These terms and conditions apply to all offers, agreements and orders. The consumer receives these conditions before the agreement is concluded.

Article 4 - The offer

All offers are without obligation.
Product descriptions and images are as accurate as possible.

Article 5 - The Agreement

The agreement is confirmed after acceptance by the consumer.
Appropriate security measures are taken for electronic agreements.

Article 6 - Right of withdrawal

The consumer can cancel the agreement within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason.
Returns must be in original condition and packaging.

Article 7 - Costs in case of withdrawal

The costs of return shipment are to be borne by the consumer.
The purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days after revocation.
