Delivery Time
Orders within the EU are processed and shipped within 4–8 business days from the moment you place your order.

Processing Time
Each order is prepared for shipping within 1–2 business days. After that, the actual delivery time depends on your location within the EU.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout, based on your delivery address and order size.

Track & Trace
Once your order has shipped, you'll receive an email with a tracking code so you can follow your package.

Delays
While we aim for timely delivery within the stated timeframe, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, such as carrier issues, peak-period congestion (e.g. holidays), or customs processing in certain EU countries.
